1. The software collects no data

Jersey Factory Pro does not collect any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, address, etc.)
• Usage data or behavioural analytics
• File contents, rosters, or design output
• System or hardware information

2. Offline-first operation

• No internet connection is required for normal use
• All jersey sizing and file processing happens locally on your PC
• The only outbound request is an anonymous update check (Section 6)
• If you are offline, the update check silently fails and the app works normally

3. Licensing

• Your hardware ID is generated locally on your computer
• The hardware ID is never transmitted to any server
• License verification is completely offline
• No personal information is collected or stored as part of licensing

4. Local data storage

The application stores application settings and preferences, license information, and recently used file paths on your computer. This data never leaves your machine and is removed when you uninstall the application.

5. Your files

Your spreadsheets, images, templates and exported jerseys are processed entirely on your local computer. They are never uploaded or transmitted, remain under your complete control, and are accessed only when you explicitly provide them.

6. Automatic update check

• On startup the app makes a single anonymous request to a GitHub-hosted version file
• No personal data, hardware ID, or license information is sent
• The request retrieves only the latest version number and release notes
• Updates are downloaded and installed by you — never automatically

7. This website

This website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure page performance. These are privacy-friendly, cookie-free services: they record anonymous, aggregated data such as page URL, referrer, country, and browser type. They do not use tracking cookies, do not fingerprint you, and cannot identify you personally. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.

8. Contacting us

When you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or the demo request form, we receive the details you choose to send — typically your name, business name, phone number, email address, and your message. We use this only to respond to you and to arrange a demo. We never sell, rent, or share your contact details with third parties.

9. Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookie-free, and the site works with cookies fully disabled.

10. Your rights

You may ask us at any time what contact information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email jerseyfactorypro@gmail.com and we will action the request.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
