Terms of Service

1. Licence grant

Subject to these terms, Jersey Factory Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Install and use one (1) copy of the software on a single computer
• Use the software for commercial or personal purposes
• Create unlimited designs and outputs using the software

2. Licence keys

• Each licence key permits installation on ONE (1) computer only
• Licence keys are tied to your computer's hardware ID
• Transferring a licence to another computer requires contacting support
• Sharing or distributing licence keys is strictly prohibited

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce the software
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, or lend the software
• Use a single licence on multiple computers simultaneously
• Share your licence key with others

4. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Jersey Factory Pro retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Subscription and payment

• Plans are ₹2,000 per month or ₹20,000 per year
• A 3-day free trial is available before purchase, with no card required
• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period
• An active subscription includes all feature updates and priority support at no extra cost
• Prices may change; existing subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect

6. Support

• Technical support is provided by email at jerseyfactorypro@gmail.com and on WhatsApp
• Support covers software functionality issues
• We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days

7. Updates

We may release updates or new versions of the software. Updates are governed by these terms unless accompanied by a separate agreement. You choose when to download and install them.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Jersey Factory Pro does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Jersey Factory Pro be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages — including loss of business profits, business interruption, or loss of business information — arising out of the use of or inability to use the software.

10. Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. On termination you must stop using and remove all copies of the software.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
