Refund Policy

1. Try before you buy

Every customer can run the full software free for 3 days without entering card details. We strongly recommend testing your own order sheets, templates, and export workflow during the trial, and checking the listed system requirements (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit).

2. General policy — all sales are final

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with features, as the free trial exists to establish fit before purchase.

3. Exception — software malfunction

A full refund will be provided if all of the following apply:

• The software fails to function as described
• The issue cannot be resolved by our support team
• The refund is requested within 30 days of purchase

4. How to request a refund

• Email jerseyfactorypro@gmail.com with the subject “Refund request”
• Include your order details, licence key, and a description of the issue
• Allow up to 48 hours for a support response
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method

5. Not eligible for a refund

• User error or lack of technical knowledge
• Incompatibility with your specific hardware — please check system requirements before purchase
• A change in your business needs
• Features not meeting expectations that were not raised during the trial
• Duplicate purchases — contact us for a licence transfer instead

6. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Your licence stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken. Cancelling does not retroactively refund periods already used.
